Library

A library open to the public is in operation at the headquarters of the National Commission for Bioethics and Technoethics , Neofytou Vamva Street 6 (3rd floor), 10674, Athens.

Visits to the library are possible by appointment only, following prior telephone contact (+30 210 88 47 700). The library operates daily, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 14:30 p.m.

The library is non-lending; however, visitors may photocopy up to 20 pages on site. For a larger number of pages, photocopying may be carried out outside the library, following relevant arrangements with the Secretariat.

The scientific publications, which are continuously being enriched, are classified into the following sections:

Any donation of scientific publications from the above fields, both from the academic community and from publishing houses, is always welcome, with the aim of further enriching the Commission’s library.
