The National Bioethics and Technoethics Commission was created at a critical time, during a hazardous pandemic, with multidimensional bioethical and technoethical challenges ahead of us and with many of our hopes placed on the convergence of Bioscience and Technology. In that framework, we are asked to reflect and consult on difficult and complex issues that are not easily answered. The role of the Commission is to contribute to our collective perception and finally to the way through which the Greek society is going to respond to present challenges and also get prepared for the future ones. One of the goals of NBTC is to widen the social dialogue about the contribution of science and technology to a substantial social progress. In that sense, our website provides information about all our Opinions and all other activities.
